Grassroots Guidance LLC was founded in 2023 by Graciela C. Custer.  Graciela has worked in politics since 2017 beginning with Abilene Christian University College Republicans as communications director.  Graciela has overseen campaign operations, canvassing, recruiting and training volunteers.  In addition, she has created social media and administered social media for candidates and organizations.  Graciela takes pride in attention to detail and developing content to ensure success of the Republican Party from the grassroots level.

As of 2026, Graciela volunteers helping Collin County Young Republicans with newsletters.  She serves on the board of Richardson Republican Women where her role is website optimization, social media management, and creating quarterly newsletters.  Graciela also serves part-time as Dallas County Republican Party Digital Communications Manager.
